I love the look of cream puffs, they are really cute! And it is one of my favorite sweets. Yuppi made cream puffs almost by her self from scratch. She made puff batter, I baked it. And she made diplomat cream and filled the puffs with it. Amazingly they turned out incredibly delicious. I couldn't make any better cream puffs than them.

Chocolate Jelly

I love chocolate mousse, but omitted heavy cream this time. So this came out healthier. Yet not bad. The only bummer is that I added way too much agar somehow! However, I was able to manage to fix it up by adding more of other ingredients, phew.

Blueberry Jam

I made jam with frozen blueberries and raw sugar. I don't use that much sugar for jam so this type won't keep so long, but healthy and fresh. You could put a lot on your yogurt, ice cream, cheesecake, pancake, crepe or etc... Mmmmm dreamy...

Blueberry jam

In a pot, combine your favorite fruit and sugar as much as you want. Cook over medium low heat until excess liquid is gone. (I usually keep some liquid as sauce). Keep a lookout not to scorch. Then add a little lemon juice to finish. Make sure to keep it in the fridge and eat up within a week. Or in the freezer if you want to keep it longer.
